You NEED to make these delicious & healthy collagen coconut bounty balls 🥥 🌴 full of protein & good fats / low in sugar!
Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut
3/4 coconut cream
1tsp vanilla extract
2-4tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you want them)
250g dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 TBSP Soochi Collagen & Prebiotic powder
Sea salt and toasted coconut shavings to serve
Method:
1. Mix desiccated coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla and collagen powder in a bowl until combined.
2. Roll into small balls using wet hands and freeze for 30mins.
3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl.
4. Dip coconut balls one by one into the chocolate mixture and garnish with sea salt and toasted coconut.
5. Refrigerate for around 30 mins, until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!!
